Orders are shipped by UPS. Some items are oversized, which means that the shipping rate is calculated by size rather than the actual weight. Oversize 1 (OS1) packages are billed as 30 lbs, Oversize 2 (OS2) packages are billed as 70 lbs, Oversize 3 (OS3) packages are billed as 90 lbs.
DAMAGED GOODS POLICY:
We do pay to replace damaged goods if items arrive broken. Please follow instuctions below carefully.
OPEN BOXES IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. Contact company within 24 hours if damaged goods are discovered. Contact phone number for returns will be included on the packaging. HOLD GOODS IN ORIGINAL CARTONS AND PACKAGING. For obvious extenal damage or rattling, or an Impact Indicator showing probable internal damage, open carton in presence of the driver and instruct him or her to note damage in their log. Claims will not be honored if reported beyond 72 hours of receipt of goods.
Unauthorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, a $10 processing fee and customer pays for shipping.
