Do the pieces in a collection match?
The stained glass used in the production of your lamps is marbleized in color. This marbleizing means that color will vary throughout the glass. This gives the piece its charm. Because of this fact intrinsic to the design of the lamp, it is not possible to guarantee colors will be exactly as the sample shown. If you need multiple pieces to match each other, you must place them all in the same order. We will then carefully choose pieces which are matched as closely as possible.
How can Designers and Interior Decorators get the best results getting these products to harmonize with a desired color pallate?
Because of the above mentioned facts, please match paint color and swatches to the actual pieces when they arrive. This will insure the best results.
What is the Return Policy?
Return policy: All unauthorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and customer pays for shipping. See exception to this rule below.
How are damaged goods handled?
Please inspect pieces as soon as they arrive, if possible inspect while the delivery person is present and note if there is any damage. Although we take great care in the packing and shipping, ocassionally damage does occur. Packaging contains the contact information for your returns. We will replace pieces that were broken in transit without the restocking fee. Please document your order carefully when it arrives.
